Mattel is hiring an Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational excellence of the Mattel Technology & Innovation Center. The role partners with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational planning, governance, reporting, business analytics, budget and expense tracking, procurement and vendor administration, contract governance, workplace analytics, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include maintaining operational trackers, coordinating governance meetings and cross-functional initiatives, preparing executive dashboards and reports, analyzing workplace KPIs, and supporting employee engagement and site operations.
