Da Vinci Engineering is hiring an Operation and Maintenance Engineer for Cloud Operation Services in Frankfurt am Main. The role supports customer onboarding and training, cloud-hosted platform operations, monitoring, incident and problem management, SLA/KPI tracking, Jira Service Management workflows, escalations with development and L3 teams, operational reporting, and root-cause analysis. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least two years of cloud-connectivity experience in automotive or IoT complex architecture, and hands-on experience with AWS, Jira Service Management, incident management, and troubleshooting.
