DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operation Coordinator for its Operation Team. The role coordinates inbound, picking, and outbound activities; monitors SLAs, KPIs, safety, compliance, resource allocation, shift handovers, training, and continuous improvement; and liaises with internal teams and suppliers. Candidates need operations, warehouse, or logistics experience, strong coordination and problem-solving skills, knowledge of KPI tracking and safety, ability to work across shifts, intermediate education, and at least five years of warehousing experience.
