Description
The Operations Executive, also described as the Inbound Shift In-charge, leads inbound shift operations at a branch or service centre. The role manages shipment receipt, unloading, scanning, sorting, reconciliation, movement, and service-quality compliance; plans and coaches operational staff; monitors productivity, safety, SOP adherence, and shift performance; and coordinates with outbound and other support teams. Candidates need a graduate degree or 10+2 with a three-year diploma, plus 2–4 years of relevant courier, logistics, warehousing, distribution, or supply-chain operations experience, including frontline team leadership and inbound operations exposure.
