Description
The Operational Infrastructure Solutions Specialist manages the deployment, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and controlled change of ICT/OT infrastructure supporting STACK’s Australian data centre operations. The role covers BMS, EPMS, security applications, CCTV, access control, networks, servers, storage, cloud-integrated services, and management systems, while participating in CAB, incident and major incident management, security controls, configuration and asset management, vendor oversight, and OT-related service desk support. It is a hands-on, 24/7 on-call role reporting to the Senior Technical Operations Manager (Australia) and requires disciplined adherence to ITIL-aligned processes, governance, and operational resilience standards.
