Shell is hiring an experienced IT Operations Manager in Beijing to lead end-to-end IT operations across applications, infrastructure, and digital services. The role manages service governance, budgets, suppliers, contracts, incident, problem, change, and release management, and leads an AI-enabled operations transformation using automation, generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent monitoring. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, at least seven years of IT operations or service management experience, ITIL certification, agile delivery experience, and strong stakeholder, supplier, communication, and English-Mandarin language skills.
