Description
Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Operations Manager for its Japan Amazon Logistics team at a logistics facility in Nagoya, Aichi Prefecture. The role leads inbound, outbound, and sort operations; supervises direct reports; improves safety, quality, performance, and customer service; develops staffing and operational plans; supports employee development and succession planning; and creates best practices across shifts and the network. The position requires fluent Japanese, at least five years of experience managing and improving the flow of people, goods, and money using numbers and metrics, at least three years of management experience, and experience managing multiple stakeholders. It involves daytime shift work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays, with possible night shifts.
