Description
The Operations Manager reports to the Division Manager and supports the growth and profitability of a field-services business unit. The role manages up to 10 field-service staff, assists with performance management, approves scopes of work, coordinates labor scheduling, maintains customer relationships, supports divisional P&L reporting, manages inventory, and maintains a safe working environment. The position requires at least five years of industrial-service experience, preferably in leak sealing, at least two years managing a team of more than two, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work 24-hour emergency schedules.
