Description
The Semiconductor Quality Engineer will lead quality audits and Gemba walks at subcontractors, manage customer audits and corrective actions, oversee 8D and cycle-time issues, coordinate quality improvements, handle non-conforming lots, evaluate supplier performance, and lead quality improvement projects. The role requires a bachelor's degree or above, eight years of semiconductor experience, proficiency in assembly processes and quality tools such as 8D, SPC, FMEA, DOE, and APQP, along with strong problem-solving, statistical, communication, and project-management skills.
