Description
Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Senior Field Coordinator to join its Operations team on projects in Conesville, Franklin Furnace, and New Albany, Ohio. The role supervises on-site trade work, coordinates material delivery and installation, facilitates trade communication, monitors workforce production, supports project management, enforces safety and OSHA compliance, and mentors junior field staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field or at least three years of equivalent commercial construction field-supervision experience, along with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills; large-scale commercial project experience, scheduling and QA/QC familiarity, and willingness to relocate are preferred.
