Invygo is hiring an Operation Specialist to support customers and the operations team during critical moments of their car-subscription journey. The role manages escalations, new-car uploads, bookings and handovers, idle-car monitoring, force-collection follow-ups, dealer and cross-functional coordination, SOP adherence, team support, reporting, and process trackers. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with customer-experience or hospitality experience, proficiency in English and Arabic, strong computer and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
