The Warehouse Operations Supervisor coordinates customer operations, supports Contract Managers and department heads in meeting contractual KPIs and customer-satisfaction goals, monitors departmental timelines, improves project and operational performance, ensures timely reporting, and assists with communication. The role requires a bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of warehouse operations experience, warehouse management-system knowledge, leadership and team-management skills, and the ability to work shifts.
