Description
The Operations Supervisor reports to the Director of Operations and oversees facility operations, maintenance, repairs, fire safety, kitchen operations, security, client screening, incident reporting, staffing, compliance, and emergency response. The role supervises security, maintenance, and kitchen staff; coordinates with management and vendors; maintains facility inspections and operational reports; and supports client services and program goals.
