Shipfusion is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its brand-new fulfillment center. The role leads a warehouse team of 10 to 50 employees, overseeing order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, logistics coordination, customer service delivery, packaging, kitting, bundling, client onboarding, and operational efficiency. The position requires at least five years of experience leading warehouse operations, strong communication and adaptability, and the ability to learn proprietary software; a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a college degree preferred. The schedule is Saturday through Monday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with health and dental coverage and a stated compensation range of $55,000 to $75,000 USD.
