Description
LifeStream is hiring a full-time Residential Program Manager to provide temporary management oversight of residential programs, support program start-ups and transitions, coach and develop staff, assist with staffing and scheduling, and maintain compliance with DDS, Mass Ability, licensing, certification, and agency standards. The role also includes on-call emergency support and requires at least five years of progressive residential human-services experience and three years of supervisory or management experience.
