Description
The Operations Technician serves as Wyyerd’s customer-facing technician, performing fiber network and home-network work at customer homes. Responsibilities include understanding fiber networks, interpreting plant maps, wiring and troubleshooting wireless and networking equipment, pulling fiber through conduit, performing basic fiber splicing, digging for drop cables, and educating customers about products and services. The role requires a clean driving record, the ability to pass a drug test, ISP knowledge, teamwork, and physical ability to lift 50 pounds and handle a tall extension ladder; weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
