Description
The Operations Technology Digital & Data Manager will lead a digital transformation initiative for a healthcare site, defining and executing the digital roadmap, managing OT and digital project budgets, ensuring compliance with Health Authority and EU/FDA standards, supporting quality inspections, and driving digital adoption through change management. The role requires a degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field, at least five years of specialized digital or OT leadership experience, expertise in Industry 4.0, connectivity, IT infrastructure, industrial automation, and project management, plus fluency in Italian and English.
