The role combines operational leadership, production meetings, customer dialogues, project visits, resource planning, sales and business development, project follow-up, networking, quality, and safety oversight. Candidates should have contracting operations experience, project financial follow-up knowledge, basic LOU knowledge, occupational health and safety training, a Category B driving licence, and proficiency in Swedish and English.
