The role manages the operational control center as a hub for fleet monitoring and intelligence, directs asset-productivity and idle-time analysis, coordinates bottlenecks, maintains operational databases and control systems, improves planning and execution, and leads the department’s budget, team development, and continuous improvement. Candidates need at least five years of transportation, logistics, operational control, planning, or operations-intelligence experience, including three years of formal team leadership, plus a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
