Griffin is hiring an Operations QA/QC Manager to build and run its first-line controls programme from the ground up. The role owns quality assurance reviews, control and transaction testing, sampling, remediation, RCSA support, QA/QC reporting, and coordination of audit and regulatory reviews across the Service guild. Candidates need experience in bank or financial-institution operations QA/QC, control testing, operational risk management, process review, and analytical reporting. The position is remote-first across the United Kingdom, with a salary of £50,000–£60,000 DOE and benefits including private medical, life insurance, pension, share options, and parental leave.
