Nscale is hiring an Operational Data & Observability Engineer to build and maintain monitoring, logging, distributed tracing, metrics, telemetry, and operational data pipelines for production environments. The role partners with DevOps, SRE, platform, and software engineering teams; administers observability platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, and New Relic; supports incident response and on-call operations; and automates observability infrastructure. The position offers hybrid or remote work arrangements and a base salary of $145,000–$180,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, or commission.
