Cabify Peru is hiring an Operational Excellence Analyst to improve operational efficiency and continuously optimize key processes, beginning with the end-to-end collections process. The role involves diagnosing and redesigning workflows, automating tasks, analyzing KPIs, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and stabilizing accounts receivable and collections operations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, 2–3 years of experience in process management, analysis, optimization, or operations, and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools.
