Bahlsen is hiring an Operational Excellence Manager to coordinate and sustain its B.Excellent Operational Excellence Program at a plant. The role supports Production and Engineering, plans and monitors improvement projects, develops standards and best practices, drives continuous improvement and change management, and delivers training. Applicants need a degree in process, mechanical, industrial, or food technology engineering or a comparable field, at least 2–3 years of relevant industry experience, and expertise in project management, process optimization, and Lean Production; Six Sigma, project leadership, and English are advantageous or required.
