Description
The role is responsible for developing and managing BRPMS Champions, implementing and improving BRPMS tools, and leading continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives across production areas and shifts. It includes coaching and training, Kaizen and workshop facilitation, root-cause analysis, process metrics, and coordination of new tools and projects. The position requires engineering or industrial administration education with a lean manufacturing or Six Sigma specialty, at least three years of manufacturing experience involving lean tools and Kaizen culture, English proficiency, and knowledge of lean methodologies.
