Habia Cable is hiring an Operational Excellence Engineer in Söderfors to drive continuous improvement and structured problem-solving in production. The role analyzes production data, identifies losses and bottlenecks, leads cross-functional improvement projects, and coaches production supervisors and engineers. It requires a university or engineering master’s degree, several years of manufacturing experience, and knowledge of production development, Lean, Six Sigma, operational reliability, production engineering, quality, maintenance, or industrialization.
