One Mobility Group is hiring an Operational Excellence Engineer focused on cost and process improvement in its Comonfort, Guanajuato, Mexico location. The role identifies and implements manufacturing cost-reduction initiatives, analyzes labor, scrap, and downtime factors, optimizes production processes, improves OEE and other performance indicators, resolves bottlenecks, leads improvement projects, and collaborates with global teams. Candidates need industrial or automotive engineering education, Lean Manufacturing and data-analysis skills, advanced English, and 3–5 years of experience.
