HelloFresh is hiring an Operational Excellence Junior Manager to lead end-to-end operational improvement and technology implementation projects across its UK, Ireland, and European distribution centres. The role combines project delivery, data analysis, commercial sizing, stakeholder management, digital and low-code innovation, floor-based change management, and Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement. It is based at The Windmill in Spondon, Derby, with hybrid working for eligible candidates, and requires an independent right to work in the UK.
