Description
Experian is hiring a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to lead complex cross-functional improvement initiatives and provide hands-on operational excellence consultancy. The role partners with business teams, develops Lean Six Sigma and operational excellence initiatives, leads DMAIC projects, analyzes process and performance data, facilitates improvement workshops, manages implementation plans, coaches Yellow and Green Belts, and identifies automation, workflow, process mining, low-code, and AI-enabled opportunities. The position reports to the Director, Transformation and Operational Excellence and requires Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, at least five years of relevant experience including two to three years at Black Belt level, and experience in a large, international or matrix organization.
