The role owns programme delivery, operational data analysis, financial modelling, stakeholder influence, project governance, Lean Six Sigma improvement, and floor-based change adoption. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 3–5 years of operational excellence or process optimization experience, with Green Belt or equivalent practical capability. The position is based at The Windmill Site in Derby and offers a hybrid working policy.
