Description
Jenoptik is seeking a Lean and Operational Excellence Manager to develop and implement a site-level Lean and Operational Excellence strategy, analyze and optimize processes, introduce Lean methods, establish KPI systems and dashboards, lead efficiency and cost-improvement projects, support digitalization, and coach continuous-improvement competencies. The role requires a degree in industrial or production engineering, several years of Lean and Operational Excellence experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, digital-tool expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluent German and English.
