Engine is hiring a Program Manager, Operational Excellence to lead client operations operational-excellence projects, improve processes, drive data-informed decisions, standardize operations, mentor teams, and integrate customer feedback. The role requires at least eight years of operational excellence or process improvement experience, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, SQL, Looker, and Excel proficiency, and strong project leadership and stakeholder-management skills. Compensation is $83,500–$115,500 USD annually plus equity, with possible bonuses, and the role supports a hybrid-hub model with office or fully remote options.
