The role combines operational sales control with active vehicle sales, manages pre-owned vehicle inventory and pricing, supports the site manager, advises salespeople on complex sales processes, and leads and motivates the team. Candidates should have several years of automotive sales experience, vehicle valuation and inventory-management expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented approach.
