Description
The Operational Governance Senior Analyst will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of an operational resilience framework aligned with UK FCA/PRA and Lloyd's requirements, while also supporting outsourcing and third-party risk management across critical third parties. The role includes mapping important business services and dependencies, tracking vulnerabilities and remedial actions, supporting scenario testing and regulatory responses, maintaining compliance documentation, and assisting with syndicate onboarding and provider monitoring. It is based in Cheltenham with periodic London office attendance and offers hybrid working, private health insurance, and other benefits.
