Ocado is hiring an Operational HSFE Supervisor to support health, safety, fire and environmental compliance across its UK fulfillment centres and global sites. The role involves improving the HSFE management system, conducting site inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, providing H&S guidance to operational teams, tracking corrective actions, maintaining compliance documentation, and supporting safety KPIs and emergency preparedness. It is UK-based with travel across UK CFCs and potential international travel, and offers hybrid and flexible working.
