BCG is hiring an Operational Improvements Analyst to support the firm’s Operational Innovations team in delivering operational improvement, digital, and change initiatives. The role involves research, analysis, process design, stakeholder engagement, communications, implementation support, project tracking, and senior-management reporting. Candidates should have a university degree, experience in a multinational or large-scale environment, strong data-analysis skills, and familiarity with digital tools and Agile methodologies; project and program management experience is a plus. The role is generally expected to be performed from a BCG office or in person with clients approximately 50% of the time.
