Beaumarly is hiring an Operational Management Controller to monitor and optimize the performance of hotel and restaurant establishments. The role analyzes revenue, margins, costs, and profitability; builds dashboards and reports; supports operational managers; participates in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and efficiency projects; and contributes to pricing, profitability, investment, and cross-functional initiatives. The position requires a Bac+4/5 qualification in finance, management, or business school and at least four years of operational management control experience in the HCR sector or a multi-site environment.
