Medivet is hiring a full-time, permanent Operational Partner – Veterinary Practice Cluster in Norfolk to co-own and lead a cluster of four veterinary practices on the Norfolk/Lincolnshire border through its Partnership model. The role combines clinical veterinary work with operational and commercial leadership, including team mentoring, driving client care and business growth, maintaining regulatory and clinical standards, and managing performance metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, and client satisfaction. The position is aimed at an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with leadership and operational experience who wants autonomy, profit share, and the support of Medivet’s central network.
