Medivet is hiring a RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon to become an Operational Partner and co-own a cluster of five practices in the Scunthorpe area. The role combines clinical oversight with operational, leadership, and commercial responsibilities, including driving patient care standards, team development, business growth, compliance, and performance metrics across a diverse group of practices.
