Light is seeking an Operational Performance Coordinator to provide an integrated view of operational performance across quality, productivity, costs, and budget indicators, supporting efficiency, predictable results, and leadership decision-making. The role involves monitoring KPIs for operations, maintenance, and commercial teams; analyzing budget and operational deviations; consolidating physical indicators; managing inventory and material demand projections; controlling contract consumption; and analyzing supplier profitability to support supply chain decisions. The position requires an undergraduate degree in an engineering field, along with experience in quality management, continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and budget tracking.
