Perceptual Robotics is seeking a Drone Operator & Technical Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing first-line technical support to clients using their drone systems, troubleshooting issues, tracking support queries, and feeding feedback into the product roadmap. The specialist will also act as an operational pilot, conducting commercial drone inspection missions, ensuring compliance, and supporting R&D testing. They will also train and mentor other pilots.
