Chromalloy is hiring an Operational Planning Leader – Engine Component Repair Services (ECRS) to lead operational planning, forecasting, master scheduling, capacity management, and scenario planning across its ECRS organization. The role translates customer demand, repair requirements, new product introduction needs, and site constraints into executable plans, coordinates with operations, supply chain, engineering, quality, finance, commercial, and site leadership, and drives delivery performance and continuous improvement. It is a US remote position in the Eastern Time Zone requiring 50% domestic and international travel, and is limited to U.S. persons.
