The Operational Program Director will lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical needs, and autism spectrum conditions. The role combines direct care with supervisory responsibilities, requires onsite work, and includes on-call support for staff and coordinators across multiple programs and sites.
