Dungarvin is hiring a full-time Operational Program Director to lead and coordinate programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, medical needs, and autism spectrum conditions in the Washington/Ramsey County, Minnesota area. The role combines direct-care and supervisory responsibilities, requires on-call availability, and includes a starting salary of $65,000 to $66,787.50 annually plus a $5,000 retention bonus.
