LMR Technical Group is hiring a full-time Operational Psychologist to support the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Optimization Program at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. The role serves as the primary subject matter expert for psychological resilience, cognitive performance, leadership consultation, personnel assessment, and operational psychology, with approximately 90% operational support and 10% clinical intervention. Responsibilities include consulting with leadership, improving organizational effectiveness, designing personnel assessments, delivering training, conducting executive coaching, supporting critical incident response, and providing limited clinical intervention. The position requires a PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, an APA-accredited internship or residency, an unrestricted psychology license, at least four years of DoD or federal behavioral health experience, a current TS/SCI clearance, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
