Description
Sportsman Boats is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead and support manufacturing and operational continuous improvement activities, including root cause analysis, waste reduction, process optimization, 5S and visual management, standardized work, KPI tracking, kaizen events, quality investigations, supplier quality, and corrective-action follow-up. The role requires at least three years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or continuous improvement, production-floor experience, analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
