Description
The QHSE Manager reports to General Management and leads the Group’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policy and culture across industrial electricity, industrial IT, commercial services, and pharmaceuticals. The role manages a QSE team of at least four people, oversees quality and risk management systems, audits, certifications, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, safety training, environmental initiatives, and CSRD-related sustainability requirements. It requires a master’s or industrial engineering degree with QHSE/QSE training, significant similar experience, knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, risk-analysis and auditing skills, and strong leadership and communication abilities.
