Description
Techno is hiring an Operational Readiness Manager to support the NYCT Subway CBTC Modernization Program. The role leads operational readiness and organizational transformation, assesses gaps in operations, maintenance, staffing, processes, and resources, coordinates new workflows and procedures, partners with MTA leadership, communicates readiness requirements, facilitates training and workshops, and integrates initiatives into governance and continuous improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, extensive transit operations and maintenance experience, CBTC knowledge, and strong organizational coordination and communication skills. Compensation is $85-$110 per hour, with health, dental, life, and vision insurance and other benefits.
