EFG Bank (Monaco) is hiring an Operational Resilience and Outsourcing Manager to oversee COO activities, including leading projects, managing internal and external outsourcing providers and ICT vendors, ensuring compliance with EEA and DORA requirements, designing risk and control frameworks, addressing operational risk incidents, monitoring Business Continuity Management, and supporting strategic regulatory projects. The role requires at least five years of professional experience, preferably in a financial institution, strong French and English communication skills, and project management experience is advantageous.
