Description
The Operational Revision Supervisor manages the workflow and approximately 25 colleagues in a technical revision department, advises and motivates staff, maintains and improves the quality system, identifies process improvements, and supports team dynamics. The role requires a mechatronics or automotive technology diploma, leadership experience in a technical environment, knowledge of automotive electronics and revision processes, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. It is a full-time temporary appointment with a prospect of permanent employment, offering a gross monthly salary of €3,000 to €4,000, 38–40 hours per week, vacation and ADV days, travel reimbursement, pension benefits, and training opportunities.
