Description
Kroo Bank is hiring one Operational Risk Analyst to support its operational risk management framework and second-line risk oversight. The role involves assessing and reviewing operational risks and controls, supporting risk and control self-assessments, managing risk events and issues, testing control effectiveness, monitoring key risk indicators, analysing risk data, and producing management reports. The position is based in London with hybrid working requiring attendance at the London Bridge office once per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. Relevant experience in operational risk, risk management, internal controls, or assurance, ideally in banking or financial services, is sought.
